"Birthday party was brilliant! I thought it was extremely well organised from the moment we contacted you to being met by Brad, who then took control for the whole party. The children had a great time and in particular the girls enjoyed it, as beforehand I think they were concerned that a golf party would be quite boyish and maybe too competitive but they can't wait to go again! My husband and I really appreciated the hot drinks and the children's food was very good - although because of the time of the party I'm afraid it wasn't all eaten.
 
All in all, it was a fantastic party which we as parents were able to enjoy as well so a very big thank you to you all. We would definitely recommend this type of celebration to others and I'm sure that Will's friends will be back to play again very soon. Thank you once again for your help".

"Jordan's party went really well. I found that as we had more than originally planned Jade was very good at accommodating that and getting us an extra bay. The hosts Gary and Jade were really pleasant and had good humoured banter going on with the kids so they did a really good job and managed to keep the kids entertained whilst me and my friends had coffee"!!

"At reception - staff were brilliant, polite and answered all my questions efficiently, they offered coffee as well. Excellent service. Party organiser - Greg was excellent, polite and very helpful, also offered coffee, thankyou. Food - again was first class, all children ate, the brownies were warm, the food was lovely. Very pleased. Overall the feedback from the parents and children was superb, with some parents saying what a lovely place we will be coming back again.

Lovely party, can only speak very highly of the excellent staff. Thank you very much".

From the outset of meeting you, right through to the organisation and assistance on the actual day, your help and level of service was exemplary and far exceeded our expectations. As you are aware, our main concern prior to the day, was the quality and quantity of the food, and I have to say, that you did not let us down at all. The food was fantastic and was probably the highlight of the party. All the kids had a great time and all credit goes to your staff who helped out and especially to Tom who was most helpful in organising everything on the day. I think he should be given special praise for the way he dealt with such a large party and managed to keep everyone happy, not least the mums!
 
I would strongly recommend your party service to anyone who may be considering this as a venue for their childs' birthday and once again would like to thank you all for making the whole day most special".

Susie was absolutely brilliant. We arrived early, but she was there to meet us and explain everything. She was great with the boys, keeping the golf running smoothly and helping out where necessary. The food was lovely and the boys all had more than enough to eat. Susie was also great re the boy with the nut allergy and kept his party bag separate. "Although little late, I am writing to thank you for the fabulous party you organised for Chris’ and Alexander’s 7th birthday on the 29th of Nov 2009. Even though on the day the weather was appalling, all 34 children and many adults present at the party had great time. I was most impressed with the way you took care of the golf games, party food, birthday cakes, medals and party bags. It is by no means easy to organise a party for so many children of that age, however for the first time I felt relaxed and stress free before and on the day. I felt the communication between you and myself was very good and you were very obliging, accommodating and very much on top of everything at all times. I extend my special thanks to Nikki who, to make sure things run smoothly that Sunday, stayed with us throughout the whole party, I think, even beyond her working hours. I very much appreciate in particular the way you both took care of the food. I know how difficult it could be to cater for extremely allergic children as Chris and Matthew and also for so many vegetarian children. I felt very confident and more than satisfied in the way you put together the menu. You were very helpful and truly fantastic in the run up to the birthday and on the day. Both Chris and Alexander had wonderful time. Moreover, many parents have since spoken to me praising the party at TopGolf and are now considering booking similar parties for their children. I for sure would like to speak to you around January and hope to make another booking for Matthew’s birthday in March. Once again a very big thank you to you both and all the stuff working on that day for the way you all prepared and hosted the party".

Majority of parents and their children were first timers at TopGolf and everyone in unison said one word “Great”. I think every faculty at TopGolf worked immaculately. The party was perfectly organised and gave us no chance to give any direction. Your young team that managed the event deserves a special mention. They were so professional in all deliveries and gave everything attention to detail. Great Job this.
